If the event is at a hotel:

You just need to inform the hotel reception to give us access either before your check-in (so we can decorate before you arrive) or later on the same day while you are out, so we can decorate the room while you’re away. The reception will let us in either way.

If the event is at home or Airbnb:

Just tell us the time when we can come by to set up, we’ll handle the rest.

5.We’ll Keep You Updated

We’ll notify you when we arrive and also when the decor is ready.
