TheOne Studio Terms & Conditions


1. General Provisions
  • By using the services of TheOne Studio, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
  • The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect contracts already made.

2. Services
  • TheOne Studio provides decoration and event styling services, including but not limited to proposals, room decor, table settings, photo zones, weddings, birthdays, bachelorette and other occasions.
  • All services are provided according to the packages agreed upon in confirmed bookings.

3. Booking and Payment
  • A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received via the website or other agreed methods.
  • Payments are accepted in US dollars.
  • Prices do not include possible taxes or additional fees that may apply depending on the location.

4. Changes and Amendments
  • Clients may request changes to their order no later than 48 hours prior to the event date.
  • TheOne Studio reserves the right to refuse changes that cannot be completed due to technical or timing constraints.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 3 days before the event date.
  • Cancellations made 1 day before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Individual cases are considered on a case-by-case basis; we always strive to accommodate our clients.
  • In cases of bad weather or other force majeure events, rescheduling is possible by agreement with the client.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

6. Use of Photographs and Materials
  • TheOne Studio reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotion and showcasing work on social media, website, and advertising materials.
  • If a client wishes to limit the use of such materials, please notify us in writing in advance.

7. Liability
  • TheOne Studio is not responsible for:
  • Damage to client or third-party property occurring during service provision unless caused by our negligence.
  • Delays or inability to provide services due to force majeure (weather, technical issues, etc.).
  • Client dissatisfaction if the service was provided according to agreed description and terms.
  • The client agrees to provide safe access for installation and removal of decor and to supply necessary location information.

8. Privacy
  • Client data is used solely to fulfill the order and is not shared with third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property
  • All materials and ideas developed by TheOne Studio are the company’s intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Disputes and Governing Law
  • All disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA

11. Force Majeure and Rescheduling
TheOne Studio shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, TheOne Studio reserves the right to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. The Client agrees to cooperate in good faith to arrange an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, cancellations due to force majeure will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with TheOne Studio striving to provide a fair and equitable resolution.
Cancellation & Refund Policy


By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services — which require custom preparation, time-sensitive planning, and the reservation of specific time slots — payments are non-refundable except as explicitly outlined below.
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, or failure to appear (no-shows), are not eligible for any refund.
  • Once the service has been rendered (including any delivery, setup, or decoration work), no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances, unless there is documented failure on our part to provide the agreed service.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring access to the event space (if it is provided by the client) , and communicating any special conditions in advance.
  • Rescheduling due to external conditions (e.g. weather, hotel policy, etc.) is subject to availability and must be coordinated at least 12 hours in advance. We reserve the right to offer an alternate date/time at our discretion.
  • Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, etc) will be considered individually; while refunds may not apply, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a reschedule.
  • By proceeding with this booking, the client waives the right to dispute the charge solely on the basis of dissatisfaction or personal preference after the service has been completed.
